Ascribe

Ascribe is a real-time documentation app that uses AI to make the clinical documentation process faster, easier, and more efficient. Ascribe enables clinicians to capture notes through photos, audio, or text. AI automatically formats the data so it's ready for upload to the patient chart. Note: this app is not HIPAA compliant and all data is not securely stored on Base44. Template comes with sample data that automatically generates for new users.
